hello, it’s lixin
Lixin was born and raised in Singapore. She prides herself in being many things at once: published poet, fiction writer, corporate recruiter, (perpetually injured) rock climber, snail rescuer, animal welfare advocate, expert at dream recollection, master of creating nothing at all in the kitchen, dystopian literature collector, tarot reader, true crime fanatic, and an amateur WW2 geek. She is also deeply fascinated by the unexplained and all things macabre, but shuts down when you talk to her about UFOs.
She is a one-time Pushcart Prize nominee and her work appears in Fright 1 (2022 Storytel Epigram Horror Prize), Trampoline, Willows Wept Review and more.
